      Pros

-Some dedicated and knowledgeable team members who are willing to help. -Company offers standard benefits and remote work flexibility.

      Cons

-Within the HR department, the same employees are consistently promoted. -New positions are rarely posted, leaving others without a fair chance to apply or show interest. -Limited transparency in promotion and compensation decisions. -Low performers are not consistently held accountable, which affects overall morale and productivity. -Internal growth and recognition often depend on relationships rather than performance or contribution.

Great company, with good benefits and lots of flexibility.

      Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say. There is a lot of changes but they are always open about it and haning it is easy with a good team and good indications.

      Pros

This used to be an amazing place to work. Great hours, benefits and culture. The ability to actually advance in your career. It was like a family.

      Cons

Since Elliott bought them out it's been nothing but a nightmare. Continual layoffs, moving all our jobs offshore to India or Mexico... Take on more responsibility, work your butt off and oh by the way, train your replacements so you can be laid off at an undetermined time in the future and go out with a bang! What?! It's sad how they are treating us.

Overall a nice place to work.

      Pros

All the managers I had were very nice and accommodating. The culture and WLB was very good, as were my benefits. I really liked the time I spent with them.

      Cons

after being acquired and going private, the constant layoff waves were very stressful. I also now know that my compensation was relatively low vs the market.

      Was acceptable, turned very sour.

      Pros

      - Initially, seemed like good room for potential growth and support - Pay scale seems comfortable or much higher for most people, annual increases were good - Solid potential to learn at scale, with real impact - Several interesting use cases that required deeper upskilling - Some good leaders

      Cons

      - Good, technical leaders getting replaced with "yes"-people - Growth only actually happens if helping with the "right" optics - Profit and "excellence" (aka burnout) seems to be the only way to climb - People department is definitely more of a check box and less of a support system; good people work there but aren't enabled very well at all, much less prioritized - Benefits aren't great, only one benefit is actually good and it's not even universal at the company - Decided US workforce is too expensive, offshoring is clearly the answer?? Even considering offshore positions, pay scale is suddenly pennies

      Cons

higher management doesn't have a clue what goes on to day to day, management does not give clear answers to questions asked during midwest meetings, no work life balance, layoffs are looming over your head, no stability, this used to be a great company until it was bought by hedgefund and everything was sent to india
