What are perks and other benefits like at Nutanix?

Great benefits, talented people, good opportunities especially in departments that are driving profits and thus have better resourcing.

A little chaotic, still trying to grow and standardize a lot as a company. Communication and finding information can be a struggle.

Nutanix offers competitive salary and RSU packages, attractive benefits, and a pleasant office environment.

There was a lack of integrity found in attempts to renegotiate my contract through verbal agreements, outside of written terms. The company did not provide opportunities for improvement or communicate areas for growth at all. Additionally, there is a perceived lack of alignment with the "heart" and "honesty" principles promoted by the company.

Good perks and benefits, Decent WLB

Extremely skewed when it comes to India. No enablement of the teams in India and all decisions are driven from HQ. Visibility is only for HQ teams no matter what India does. this is a known story which even the leadership acknowledges.
