Many employee-friendly initiatives. Good Learning opportunities. The company is in transition from a mid-size to a large enterprise. Rajiv is trying to bring a change but the company mindset is difficult to change.

New employees are dependent on the Hiring Manager for everything. Very little HR interaction with employees. After so many years also , they hire freshers from BITS and experienced resources from Vmware. They don't have an open mindset to hire people from diverse backgrounds. Discrimination based on age and background. Hungry, humble, and honest only for display. No one is humble and honest here. HRs/management should do a course and read some research showing that Diverse Teams are more productive.
