Cons
> Be ready to have your leaves revoked. Hearing "We have a critical issue" or "We can't lose any more hours this Quarter" is very normal.
>Flexible timings mean that there is no pre/ post work hours. The entire day is your working hours.
-Can't disconnect with work as you're expected to be available on email/ phone / slack any time of the day.
- Meetings at odd hours is very normal (such as during lunch/ dinner break, night anytime between 9pm -midnight). Ad hoc calls are common.
- Unless you work like a robot ie. Can complete your work within the 8 hour work window in a day, forget about your time for hobbies. If you want to stay healthy then somehow you can crunch in time for working out at home and eating in between meetings.
-If you're someone who likes to sleep early and wake up early then forget about that lifestyle. You will be working until late night.
- Working on weekdays can be expected at times depending on project.
- LITERALLY no team outings, activities,etc even though we pay small amount monthly for Employee Club. After a lot of requests we had a sports day event, in which we still had to work.
-No team outings. There is a lot of talks about "budget approval" . How can such a big company have any issues with funding ?
- Even on the days of a fun activity you still have to work which brings us to the question: How can this help us disconnect from work ?
- No cab service.
- Cafeteria meals is Average
- Unnecessary Political advertisement in their official page. They posted about the Israel Hamas war supporting Israel. This is a large IT MNC company in which there should not be any say in politics and all employees must be apolitical. There is no necessity to spread political campaigns supporting ANY parties at all. Personal beliefs should stay within an individual and not into an office environment.
