Pros
The company provided outstanding benefits, including a pension plan which most companies don't offer.
Cons
It got to a point where leadership themselves were overwhelmed. New CEO came onboard and there were early signs of fear changes. About a year later with the new CEO, brands were sold and departments were closed. The mindset of "less people=less work" was the complete opposite. There was more work and more stress because the same level of high expectations from my former department was still expected. Hopefully the calm has arrived after the Stefan Storm.
