What are perks and other benefits like at PayPal?

Work culture is good, benefits are great and has work from home.

Growth is stagnant. Nothing else

Employees - especially those who have been there for years are very territorial for work. The company is highly siloed, people do not collaborate in a positive manner but a very fake manner with alternative agendas. Too many meetings with no agendas.
