      They will change the pay at any time, management almost does not exist, you pay for almost everything. They will fire you without even talking to you; the will hold your appointments and not release you for 6 months.

      Pros

      They run on a 37.5 hour work week which you might not think makes a difference, but it really does change everything. The benefits are immeasurable including great time off, a fairly flexible work schedule (depending on department), decent health benefits and excellent retirement.

      The culture overall was pretty good, but it depends on who you’re working with. I struggled with feeling connected because I was an outsider starting with people who had been there for at least a decade or more.

      Too many layoffs recently, promotion process after a particular level is extremely difficult if you don't have someone advocating for you. Just pure skills and great performance are not enough
