      They will change the pay at any time, management almost does not exist, you pay for almost everything. They will fire you without even talking to you; the will hold your appointments and not release you for 6 months.

      Just about everything you can think of. The worst leads, the most gaslight-y awful sales managers, they often forget or mess up with commission payments, soul crushing level of morale, no responsibility or integrity for clients or agents, etc.

      The work environment is pretty chill. I got to learn more while working than I could have through simple projects. Communication between my team, manager and HR was smooth. Great perks especially when you have wfh role
