Room to grow in the company, benefits are decent, can be flexible with schedule as long as you're not changing it every week.

Short staffed all the time, if you become a supervisor or higher it's basically impossible to step down, you can be transferred at a moments notice to a different store, if you don't like it you can quit.

Unorganized last minute changes that end up creating a impossible deadline to meet and low pay for the amount of work you have to do
