How is the work/life balance at Royal Caribbean Group?

Benefits, work-life balance, office environment (dependent on department), lots of opportunity within the company, WFH Fridays, international travel (also a con), employee perks, on site cafeteria, new building coming end of 2027

Promotions are tough, micro managing leadership (dependent on department), voiceless unless you hold high rank, international travel (shipyard in France)

Culture was difficult, but once you understood the politics, like would get easier. No work/life balance, but pay is good.

The company is incredibly chaotic and provides no work life balance. During the interview process, they bragged about work/life balance, but when work began, they made it clear that I would need to work nights and weekends to meet unrealistic work deadlines. The managers tend to seem unqualified and don't know how to manage subordinates, or treat them with an iota of respect. Employees tip toe around superiors, always seeming afraid. It was a hostile environment for a company that peddles fun as their product.
