      Pros

      1. Great work-life balance which is important if you have kids or want to start a family 2. Amazing educational benefits 20,000 in tuition assistance 3. Travel perks (been to NYC, Miami, San Diego, Paris, and Barcelona). I’m one of the luckier ones though on this front. 4. For bio women, egg freezing / IVF is included in healthcare benefits

      Cons

      1. Lower pay than the rest of finance 2. Work can feel unfulfilling and monotonous at times 3. Bankers don’t respect us 4. If you want to grow quickly and climb the corporate ladder, maybe not the place to be.
