      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, average salary, some pockets of good work culture but these are dying out.

      Cons

The company has been in a continuous state of reorganization for nearly two years, leaving many teams understaffed and pushed beyond their limits. While the financial reports may look strong, the reality on the ground tells a very different story. Pride in work has eroded, and motivation is at an all-time low. There has been no enablement for new tools or processes, no meaningful support from leadership, and little understanding of what different roles actually require. Learning and development have been ignored, with no strategy for skill growth or knowledge building. Leadership frequently presents "AI" as the universal solution to every problem. Quality has been deprioritized. AI-generated content has replaced the expertise lost during layoffs, creating a loop where machine-generated material is used as a source for more of the same. On paper, it checks off trendy buzzwords, but in practice, it is unusable and disconnected from real user needs. Employees are expected to take on responsibilities well beyond their job descriptions, often dictated by whichever senior figure they’re temporarily paired with. Diversity and inclusion have suffered significantly. Those who don’t conform to a narrow mold — including neurodivergent employees, creatives, non-sales staff, and experts — are frequently ignored or pushed out when they raise valid concerns. The culture has become one of quiet attrition. People who care about the work are either leaving or being laid off. Burnout is widespread. Most employees are working far beyond their contracted hours, often logging in during time off, and new hires receive little to no onboarding relevant to their actual role. There are still a few good managers doing their best, but they are working against a system that is fundamentally broken. All internal reviews will tell you that things are getting better and better, but the reality is it's just those who are most affected are leaving the sinking ship. For some, it works, but those who want to work to live, not live to work, it's not a livable environment.
