What is a typical working day like at Sam's Club?

I do not have to overwork with my team. Once work is done, it is completed. No extra work except if there are any deployments once a month or so.

No formal structure to help associate shift to another vertical from within.

Big corporation, holidays off,flexible schedule

Unloading the trucks at night,not enough help,no direct manager to report to.

The job itself was decent until the the micromanaging of 2 night shift managers.

Night shift managers need to be retrained on how to social interact appropriately with new hires in front of members & other staff

Sams club takes excellent care of their employees. I worked for Crossmark. I did my job with excellence so I did not have anything negative happen. I truly enjoyed every shift and I really appreciated all the support and kindness from all employees. It was a great work environment.

I only had one downside. Crossmark cut all of our hours at one time for a few weeks at least. This caused unexpected financial issues for me . I came to the conclusion that My hours and my pay were not considered important . I found a different position that was more reliable.
