      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, and good culture.

      Cons

Management could use some work. Feels like you’re always understaffed. Even if you’re department is good, others aren’t and you’re sometimes pulled to save other areas.

      Good pay and benefits

      Personal shopper
      Former employee
      Burleson, TX

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

The pay is relatively competitive, higher than most retail jobs and the benefits are also great IF you're full time or have been employed part time for a full year.

      Cons

They have fully implemented their points system, tardiness and call-outs rack up points and at 5 points you will be terminated without question (unless you are close with the owner or higher management, who overturn points in the system).

How to write up systems work sucks

      Cons

As a part-time, you don't get enough hours to benefit from the good pay and zero overtime.

Good pay, very fast onboarding process

      Cons

Almost no training, new hires expected to know the ins and outs of every position, no communication between departments as well as no communication between coworkers in the same department, tech is constantly breaking, understaffed, brutal hours.
