In The Netherlands they removed almost every Dutch Managing Board member and replaced them with foreigners who have authorian behaviour . Employees have 0 rights to speak any more.
For 5 years we were allowed to come to the office for at least 1 day a week and could work from home the other days. Now with only a 2 weeks notice we must go back to the office. It was told in a very cold and rude way.
Overall very happy experience in Schneider.
Friendly and helpful colleagues, culture is very fun as well with many activities, benefits are good (leaves, wfh arrangements etc.).
