There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.

The department is currently in a rebuilding phase, and new employees should expect to contribute to the implementation of new processes, systems, and ways of working. Some of the lower ranks are great and unfortunately not respected or given the opportunity to progress, so many great people have lefts it's such a shame.

Aside from the famous hack it's become more apparent that the main cause of below par performance and low morale for the last 3yrs is derived from CCO Andrea Webb who lacks the talent needed to bring the last few years of turbulence to a settled environment, the constant HC cuts are at ridiculous levels. If you have a different view on any business decisions then keep your mouth shut otherwise you'll be gone seems to be the motto. Most of the new jobs advertised lately are already sewn up for friends of the hiring manager and leadership.

Free lunch once a week.

Lack of pay raises, reduced commissions, no stock options, limited growth opportunities, and stagnant product development. The company lacks morale and ethics, and only those in the CEO's inner circle receive benefits.

- lots of opportunities to stretch and learn new skills - coworkers I'm genuinely friends with - line managers who are committed to reasonable timelines and work-life balance instead of bending over backward to compensate for other teams' failure to plan

- true promotions are hard to come by because of constant structure change. I've been "auditioning" for a promotion for over two years - satisfaction is highly dependent on your team and leader - lots of variability between departments, teams, and sub-teams - political complexity and lack of follow-through; teams do not follow processes or schedules and expect other teams to pick up their slack. A lot of "just get it done" mentality instead of figuring out how to work sustainably and efficiently - slow loss of work-from-home autonomy despite great results

Lots of opportunities to get better. Chill people/working environment. Good food. Great communities. Great events.
