      Pros

Pro accumulates pretty quick, paid holidays are nice, and the pay is fair.

      Cons

State Farm cares more about metrics than anything. They can, and do, track every second of your day. If your mouse doesn't move for 15 seconds, they will know. They care more about metrics and pushing claims through as fast as they can than they care about their customers.

      It’s complex for a reason.
