Pros
You get to work exactly when you want and how much you want. Your schedule is completely up to you. You truly have time freedom. Agency owners can be great with helping you, teaching you and training you (depending on who and how they are and how they do/run things). The company has a positive and uplifting culture and people in the company are very kind.
Cons
There was pressure to attend a lot of daily and weekly calls that the company has, your agency has and your larger agency hierarchy has. You are not paid for your attendance at any of these calls, and the time adds up. You also are not paid hourly for any of your work, so if a client does not move forward with a life insurance policy application AND get approved and therefore their policy issues, you do not make money. You may or may not be compensated proportionate to your time worked. There are no benefits that come with the position.
