It was a very easy interview process. Had a group interview with one other applicant, interviewer shared a company overview as well as going over contract rates and skills necessary to succeed.

A few preliminary phone calls to provide insight on compatibility between yourself and the company, as well as a discussion of your goals. I was already a licensed agent (I have no sales experience), I also have a bachelors degree

The craziest interview process of my life. This was through one of their smaller companies, Barnes Life Solutions. I was supposed to do a fifteen-minute phone screening that turned into 45 minutes of my interviewer telling me how great his friend who runs the company is. When I asked about producing leads he cut me off to tell me that if I couldn't handle it I needed to "starve somewhere else." After I had calmed him down he said "Next question" immediately changing directions. Again, this was supposed to be a 15-minute screening, right? No, at the end of him telling me more about how great they are (asking me nothing about my experience or career-related topics at all) he then asks me to make an email so I can receive my onboarding information. An unprofessional mess.

If you are desperate to get a job like I am... be advised: This is MLM company that makes you pay money to get leads. The better the leads, the higher the prices. You can even buy used leads on discount. And if you wan't to start your own "Agency" you can recruit more sales reps. The man who interviewed me was definitely reading from a script, and has an "Agency" of his own which if I accepted the offer would be working for him. I asked him if he works for another person's "Agency" within this company just like I would be working for him to which he confirmed and described the chain of people all the way back up to the owners. Folks, their entire company infrastructure IS the definition of MLM. Make your own decisions, but thats what's going on here. Hopefully I can save you some time.

The interview was very casual, over the phone and brief. I was asked basic questions about past employment, experience in customer service and what particular experience I had in regards to the position

Initial phone interview was good. The virtual meeting was a bit unstructured. The follow-up second interview phone call was very informative. I learned how much it will cost and what is needed to get me license and begin working as an agent.

They were very persistent in reaching out to me. I took an interview but after more research decided this position was not for me. The MLM of it all smelled funny.

So they have you do a zoom call interview days after doing they initial presentation and in the second interview they tell you it's a commision only and you would have to come out of pocket for everything which they should be helping you since there a big company as they say!!
