What is the hiring process like at Symmetry Financial Group?

Was told when being hired that the leads you are able to buy are 50 cents a lead. when i finally start the job the leads were 4.50 a piece and up. when i asked my upline manager about the lead 50 cent leads she said well if you don't like the price you can just quit. Company just seems like they hire anyone with a license and don't care if you succeed, because at least they get to sell you leads that they have resold to multiple agents.

The person who hired me was abrasive and dishonest. I brought 3 instances of where I saw a violation of the company policies to management and corporate and there were no consequences for the individual that I am aware of. in fact they were promoted to agency owner and I was told "nothing wrong has been done". I would be cautious. they seem more into production than following their own policies.
