What are perks and other benefits like at TD?

The benefits are great, the environment is better then other sales positions I've held previously, and they encourage in company mobility.

Your raise/promotion is entirely dependent on management, I've been with the company 2 years and they've held the idea of a promotion over my head. I've spoken with fellow tellers at other locations and this isn't typical.

Working for TD is great, they have really good benefits package and for the most part really accommodating and understand work life balance.

I would have to say if you don't build relationships and connections the chances of you advancing are not so good
