      Unless you are applying externally the pay raises are not competitive when you move up. Bank has lost its way over the last several years. It doesn’t actually know what it wants anymore. Depending on where you work, potential for poor work/life balance.

      no innovations, bad perfomance in the last few years due to the bank not willing to take risk, salaries are quite low compared to other banks, very little job opening and hiring is currently paused in many departments, overall, a bad company to work at if you're really ambitious and want to explore lots of opportunities
