No support from management constantly makes you feel like a “Number” not a Person/employee Most Bank created this “Mobile Mortgage Advisor/Specialist” role to sell their secured lending products in return they give you “Peanuts”- Yet they will try to attract experienced sell people with an unrealistic commission structure which was never set for Employees growth or success, its only one sided game with fluffy fake promises of earning with a “commission only” work even though they are making Gazillion each Year!

Mobility is limited. Hard to get promotion. No commission nor bonus. Hard to win quarterly/annual award compared to other departments. High volume of work.
