      Work from home, dependable paydays, they supply the equipment you need, to scheduled breaks and a lunch, option to work 10 hours or 8 hours

      Cons

      Very high call volume, training process is lacking, pay is not great when all things are considered, It can be difficult to get help with tough calls, You can be moved to different campaigns and during that process lose up to a month of work without being compensated, lack of communication during hiring process, when switching campaigns, you have to start all over with the hiring process. Redoing your background checks and drug tests as if you aren't working for the same company.

      Pros

      The hiring process at TTEC is swift and straightforward. Additionally, the remote work setup provided a positive experience.

      Cons

      During my time at TTEC, I was part of a project where many colleagues, including my manager, were let go. Despite assurances of new opportunities on a different project with priority for us, the promised start date was consistently pushed back for weeks. Unfortunately, the position was officially denied two months later. This uncertainty and broken promises had a significant financial impact, and it's unclear if this is a broader issue at TTEC or a unique experience.

      Hiring process was quick and there was no micromanaging. Was able to work from home

      Managers are overwhelmed and its seeps down to their team. Pay is low there are no raises once they reach the cap for the project .

      I am new to the company, but the training process is exceptional! It's very thorough and detailed and geared towards employees success. All of my coworkers I have meet as well are extremely welcoming and supportive.

      Cons

      The only con thus far is that there had been a glitch in the system with my hiring process which delayed my start date from the initial planned start date. It was resolved quickly, but it was definitely an inconvenience.
