When you have a question you have to wait days for answers or get mislead on the answer or responds. Lied to by upper management regularly ( maybe just mine but happened a lot) No work, life balance if you have family - must work 50+ hours and always be on call at all times even when on vacations or at meetings Always having to race the timers and clocks for everything.
