      Pros

Weekly pay, consistent schedule, great benefits, very easy job.

      Cons

Just remember that you’re there to work. Drama starts insanely easy at the warehouse. Employees having relations with other employees and even management; even though it’s strictly forbidden. And if you’re not on the Target pill, then having relations is probably the best way to grow within the company.

      Current employee
      Glendale, WI

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Some of the pros of working with Target is that they offer great benefits for team members, such as free schooling through their dream to be program, 8 sessions of free therapy, free healthcare through their partner app, and many other things. After 90 days of working at target, you get to switch your availability in hours. Depending on your coworkers and their personalities, you get to work with a great team.

      Cons

Some of the cons for working at Target is the cost of living. For team members, the pay is too small to deal with high stress situations, rude guests, and to work full-time in an economy such as this. I know this is retail, and jobs and hours are going to get cut, but to keep good employees around, there should not be any hours cut. People are trying to make a living and are trying to pay bills and take care of their families.

      Love It!

      Pros

Working at Target offers employees competitive benefits, opportunities for growth, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and teamwork.

      Cons

There are no cons to report on Target.

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Flexible schedule with family needs, good benefits, reasonable pay, many learning opportunities, many ways to move around laterally in the company.

      Cons

Any cons about working at Target are totally up to the leaders in the building. If your leaders aren't all willing to work towards the same goal, it really burdens every team.
