Pros
I loved my coworkers. I made great friendships with them and worked well with my coteacher. There are good benefits, but to me personally, they weren't worth it.
Cons
When I announced i was leaving for a better job opportunity with better pay and better benefits, truths started coming out. I realized that other staff members who had less years of experience and less education than I did were making way more than I was.
Another thing that frustrated me often was that management would promise to take care of a problem or get back to me about a situation, but there was often no follow through.
Lastly, one of the main reasons I left was scheduling. They offer an hour long break as a benefit, but they do it to keep you there an hour longer. So even though I could leave during my hour break, I still felt like I was working a 9 hour shift, not an 8 hour shift.
