What are perks and other benefits like at Ticketmaster?

Good pay, good benefits and great work hours.

Bizarre senior leadership team, very siloed and not open to trying something new.

I really appreciate the company culture. The managers support new ideas and help foster collaboration. The benefits are really good too, especially the unlimited annual leave. From tech perspective it's impressive that there's a team managing and improving the shared resources/libs. It's easy to get started and also easy to make sure that you follow the company wide guidelines The London office is really great with regular events.

Sometimes it's hard to find documentation or a team that manages a resources/service.

It reliably pays you a wage.

I personally sat in on meetings in which upper management emphasised the importance of encouraging scalpers, encouraging resale of tickets from within the company, and proposing specific engineering of ticket sales platforms to prioritise the advertisement of resale tickets. Towards the end of my time in this role, managementn suggested theaters and acts who allow/ use the resale feature to receive extra kickback, above and beyond the profit they would make from resales. The transfer of these funds to the venues and acts was presented shadily and were often called "preferred" entities due to the personal benefits Ticketmaster would receive.

Welcomes diversity and has good perks and benefits.

New SLT members are making questionable decisions and have no trouble performing layoffs at Christmas. Sad really, used to be a great company all around.

Can be very cliquey. People tend to stay in their groups and it can be hard to collaborate because of that. I also had expressed my desire to grow but was never really helped with that.
