24 Hours, flexible hours, fast paced makes the day go by fast, easy to learn tasks, inclusive work force, options for advancement,

Availability of hours shift depending on how the business is going, non competitive pay, strict uniform codes , needs more flexibility for uniform, most benefits are only accessible if you work full time. If you are fired, you can only get automatic PTO Payout at 1 year.

Can't think of any really, especially for a part-time job.

Nothing like actually nothing im not even joking the pay is mid at best and you dont get benefits

Wawa doesnt let you clock in when you get there you have to wait 2 minutes before your shift at the earliest and can only clock out 5 minutes after at the latest you will never be scheduled as full time so you wont receive benefits as they schedule everyone at 32 hours max unless management i mean if you enjoy a shtty workplace with shty management go for it and enjoy yourself but if you are anything other than someone who does food prep in the deli you're gonna h*te your job as everything else in the store is your job if your a cashier then you have to clean the whole store mop wipe sht down stock the freezer and the express case as well as shelves and tobacco products and you wont receive any help as management has no care in the world besides their own pay check and extra pay for minimizing hours
