What are perks and other benefits like at Wells Fargo?

The company has great benefits and treats employees well however, they do lack in lateral movements and better pay

Pay does not match job title and duties. Also they don’t offer easy lateral movements.

Great pay, benefits and opportunity to quickly move up corporate ladder

None that I can think of

Great work culture, employee centric, many benefits, flexible working hours, experienced team members

Systems and technology used is a little backward as compared to other banks, lack of standardized procedures and SOPs

Good Benefits, decent pay, flexible work from home

Frequent layoffs and managers creating fireable offences. No promotions without moving jobs. Yearly reviews are not done based off goals or performance but are comparisons to other employees, causing competition not team work. Management at all levels is entrenched and is more interested in their own personal success. It appears that the executives are looking to automate as much as possible to lower the workforce as far as possible.

Good benefits and flexibility, depending on the manager/position.

Over the past several years, it's been like building the plane, while we're flying it. The company is making so many changes and displacing tenured people because they suddenly decided they don't want a specific LOB to be in that city anymore. They're bringing over tons of execs from Chase, which is fine, but there's lots of people within their own organization that would like to grow w/ them as well. I've never felt so unvalued as an 10+ year employee.

Cutting corners with budget cuts, hiring processes, not many career development opportunities

Great culture, good benefits and decent pay. Management is always improving and it shows on the overall performance metrics YoY.

Benefits and pay could always use a little improvement.
