What is the salary like at Wipro?

The company has lost its charm and reputation. Senior management are making decision solely with the intention of cost cutting and policies are changed every so often so as to support their decisions. Salary is much lower than what you would get in market and hikes are negligible. You won't even see a change in your salary even after getting salary hike, that's how low it is given here. Everything is blamed on client stating we are not getting enough funds from client which begs the question if leadership is trying to increase profits by making their employees take pay cuts and giving them low salary or by getting new projects and billing the clients adequately so that their employees can be paid as per market standards.

There is the excellent work culture and the hikes in the salary are also very good

too much overheads and politics, variable pay is not at 100% and you can expect no promotion once in senior grades though they recruit people lower thn the present exp people at higher grades.
