Does Wipro offer dental insurance?

Pros

Colleagues are cooperative Team Managers try to help but are helpless in front of management.

Cons

1. You will work hard for your incentive, however at then end, the management will show some kind of reason which will disqualify you from your incentive 2. Not much option to grow or increase your salary to increase your income or grow in the organisation. 3. Not much help, if you fall sick with serious ailment. + Upper management (C plus category designation) gets doctor bill and medical bills and medicine reimbursed, but you as a frontline, on who hardwork, they get their targets filled, have to pay for your own medical treatment and medicine bills. + They have tie up with private hospitals, who charge Rs 40,000 to Rs 1 Lakhs on admission( which you have to pay in advance from your pocket before treatment begins) which is exactly the medical coverage of Rs 1 lakh (90% coverage of that in reality they give), rest you have to give from your own pocket, same goes if your treatment goes over Rs 90,000 + There is no dental coverage. 4. The only way management will understand, is if their deeds are reported as a complaint to Labour commissioners of Central and State govt. and Ministry of Human Resource, Govt of India. And this has to be done by one and as a group of employees and submit a petition. Organisation like this think they are too powerful, until they are made answerable in a labour court with witness. +Their respective client in western countries and their Govt. representative need to be informed of such actions too. Only then some sense will prevail in their arrogant minds of management and they will take some actions to change their ways. Only language these type in upper management understand is power and consequnce of law. + Only the ruling can protect an employee and fight for their rights. Labour commissioners needs to do regualy audits of this type of organisation. + When you are young, out of high school, college or university, you want to get a job and prove your skills and worth. This is what these organisations are looking for and take advantage off and get rich themselves, on your hardwork and effort. These organisation are scavengers. + #Glassdoor, if you want your plant form to be truly effective. Please forward weekly and monthly reports to Labour commissioner or each States, and to Ministry of Human Resource. Please, include them in your outreach program. This will bring wider openness in the employee and organisation relation. + A request to #Glassdor if you see negative and distress message from employees, forward the same to State Labour commissioner and Ministry of Human Resource, Govt. of India. This gesture may even save lives.

Advice to Management

Even if any advice is given for betterment of department/ process and employees, they will never listen and have a know it all attitude. + Human Resource representative, is of no use. Will never defend you, even if you are right and always toe management line. They are useless and utter waste of time to talk to them. The management behaves like all knowing megalomaniac.

+ There is no dental coverage.
