Pros
Good benefits – an okay health coverage, solid time off, and a bunch of little perks that really add up, although they are being cut off more and more often. Overall, I can say they do care about their employees, not just the work we do.
Workday is very corporate, I'd say beyond the work you do there is not much impact on the overall organisation, however - all the people there are super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The team vibe here is really strong.
Cons
One downside is that there haven’t been salary increases in quite a while, which has been frustrating, especially with the rising cost of living. It feels like hard work and loyalty aren’t always recognized financially.
Also, while the company used to offer really great benefits, some of those perks have slowly been taken away over the years. It’s disappointing to see the overall package shrink when it used to be a big reason people loved working here.
