What are perks and other benefits like at Workday?

Good benefits – an okay health coverage, solid time off, and a bunch of little perks that really add up, although they are being cut off more and more often. Overall, I can say they do care about their employees, not just the work we do. Workday is very corporate, I'd say beyond the work you do there is not much impact on the overall organisation, however - all the people there are super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The team vibe here is really strong.

One downside is that there haven’t been salary increases in quite a while, which has been frustrating, especially with the rising cost of living. It feels like hard work and loyalty aren’t always recognized financially. Also, while the company used to offer really great benefits, some of those perks have slowly been taken away over the years. It’s disappointing to see the overall package shrink when it used to be a big reason people loved working here.

Compensation and talent. Great pay and competitive benefits as compared to other HR SaaS companies. Amazing bunch of talented and dedicated employees throughout the organization.

Executive leadership shift and reorgs has many employees uncertain about the future. Second consecutive year of layoffs and health insurance premiums increased. AI rollout moving slower than planned. WDAY taking a sharp hit as are all software stocks.

Workday has many benefits, from work life balance to great management. It was a super place to work.

They seem to be prioritizing AI initiatives which is great however, doesn’t seem like they review details of plans rather than the whole picture.

Workday offers competitive compensation, nice benefits and has a chill culture with a good vibe.

The direction set by leadership can be chaotic and confusing.
