The management, from Senior Operations Managers down to Team Leaders, often promote individuals based on personal connections rather than merit, overlooking more deserving candidates with superior talent and skills. Despite constant boasting, there has been no significant growth within the account itself. The distribution of incentives is unfair. Promotions are based solely on completing tasks, and employees are discouraged from addressing this issue with HR. Promotions are given for undertaking leadership responsibilities while being compensated at an agent's salary level. Challenging the management's decisions results in intimidation and bullying tactics.

HR very active and accomodating, great colleagues and Managers. Faster promotion if you have good performance.

Working for a year there, I don't see any company drawback.
