      Pros

driven and respectful team, great benefits and perks, the company is doing well

      Cons

the teams are siloed, they are forcing employees to work in the office even if your team is not in the office

Not a place you want to stay very long

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Positive environment, work is not hard for the pay, great for outgoing or chatty people, good benefits and discount, personal growth focused mentally and physically. Workout monthly stipend. PTO accrual. Builds community, you can easily make friends who support you with constant events.

      Cons

You recognize favoritism very quickly with who gets to move up in each store. Interviews eliminate basically every element about hiring fairly between who deserves it most to who marks boxes on paper. Drama with scheduling. Changes by corporate are always made without regard to staff or store opinion. Extremely focused on conversion while not giving fair goals to hit bonus when employees don't earn commission. One-size-fits-all approach for SOP's not allowing high volume stores to adapt without higher ups visiting to tell us to work less efficiently and more robotic.

      Pros

company seems to actually care about you, offer great benefits such as money towards workout classes, etc. many opportunities to develop community with coworkers and within the brand, get a break every shift, good discounts, will have pace checks on work performance which helps you grow in the company if you want to

      Cons

strict schedule requirements, not much else

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Depending on how well the store does you get bonuses, great discount and certain benefits are good.

      Cons

Scheduled very little, managers loom over you to speak to every single person walking through the door. Work/ life balance is prioritized but if not having multiple jobs you constantly have to pick up shifts.
