Pros
Lots of perks like fitness classes for free, free coffee. Free food on busy workdays. Huge discount on lululemon gear.
Cons
Very disorganized office. No clear boss. Pay isn't great for the stress of the job.

Does lululemon offer dental insurance?
Pros
Five stars because it’s great for retail. Health insurance, vision and dental included, employee share plan, retirement/401k with match, mental health/EAP options, fun, authentic, great feedback culture built into all levels of management that can help keep power-hungry middle management at bay, great discount, great strides made in the last year to focus on diversity, inclusion, equity and action,
Cons
Hours are far from a regular 9-5, occasional odd hours, weekend day required, customer service dealing with the boujie side of the general public, possibly working with inexperienced/first job type folks that are fresh but occasionally naive (but to be expected in a retail environment!)
Advice to Management
The greatest thing you can do to help grow your people is to advocate for them at every level. We are fortunate to get so many young people with so much drive - investing in them (yes, like, with money!) and helping them learn how to self-advocate is such an incredible gift. It’s no secret lululemon isn’t a “forever” career for a lot of our employee base. Keep working on IDEA!

Does lululemon have a pension plan?
Pros
- amazing Sweaty Persuits benefit, meaning you can use £250 per month to use on all the gyms and studios - great pension scheme - 60% discount on lululemon product - good health benefit scheme
Cons
- terrible for career progression as a designer - not great for diversity, although since BLM they're working on it - new management before I left killed the culture and spirit from when I first started

Does lululemon offer a wellness program?
Pros
Great and generous wellness benefits, excellent employee discount, good amt of freebies
Cons
The culture can be a bit suffocating. If you don’t “fit the mold” of your team, you may be ostracized. This is very noticeable and sucks pretty bad because the nature of the job is highly collaborative.
Advice to Management
Please encourage the team to include everybody. Diversity is only beneficial if the team’s diversity is as integrated as everyone else.
