5CA interview questions

My interview experience was disappointing. The selection process appeared to rely heavily on AI-based assessments, with limited opportunities for direct interaction with recruiters or hiring managers. One aspect I found particularly unusual was being asked to answer questions through an AI-driven system while also being instructed not to use AI tools or a calculator. Some of the questions involved calculations that, in a modern work environment, would typically be performed using a calculator or other digital tools. Because of this, I felt the assessment focused more on performing calculations manually than on evaluating practical job-related skills. As a candidate with over 30 years of professional experience, I would have appreciated a more personal and transparent evaluation process. While other candidates may have a different perspective, I felt the process did not allow me to fully demonstrate my skills and experience.
