First Interview was conducted by location functional head
Second interview was conducted by Pan India Functional head.
Final interview was conducted by HR department.

One-Way Video Interview. Auf vorgegeben 5 Fragen muss per Video innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet werden. Man hat drei Anläufe pro Frage, braucht die aber teilweise auch. Kein Feeback.
Eine der 5 aufgezeichneten Antworten war letztendlich technisch durch irgendwelche digitalen Problem vollkommen unverständlich. Neu Aufzeichnen nicht mehr möglich.

Interview
HR interview followed by hiring manager interview and ended with N+2 interview.
The process was clearly communicated and mapped out.
However, both the first contact and offer took a long while, so long that I almost gave up.
The interview process is very friendly and fair, including multiple aspects around the role (from interpersonal & communication skills through content-based & relevant questions for the role). For a more senior role there is multiple rounds (up to 3-4), meeting with different colleagues, incl. line manager & department lead + other functions.
