1-phone call
2-coding screening (20 questions ~1 hour in python)
3-meeting with HR,
4-1 hour live coding with their tech lead to check if you know what you are doing (questions are not necessarily easy, example: code 2 classes with inheritance, then create a method that count the number of instances you created)
5- they set you up meeting with the client, if you convince the client to take you they make you an offer.
General comments: they are very efficient, fast to answer and professional. They pay fair. I would definitively recommend working with them. (I had to decline their offer because I had my dream job with another big company)
