      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ACR Homes (Roseville, MN)

      Interview

Initial application required. You are then brought in to talk to an HR representative who discusses location openings and if one of them works for you, you are scheduled for a test which is on the computer. Lasts about an hour, give or take. After which, you will be contacted if you pass and you will be placed/choose which location works for you and you will meet with the house manager. It is a very thorough and intense process but it is important because you are working with needy patients.

      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ACR Homes (Roseville, MN) in May 2016

      Interview

It was long and terrible. The recruiter had led me to believe that the interview process simply consisted of personality questionnaires and an interview. However, the questionnaires lasted 2 and a half hours were dedicated to 6 different tests whereas the actual interview with a person only lasted about 10-15 minutes. These tests were not personality ones, but rather morality questions, math questions, etc. The interview process seemed very corporate, rather than a business that cares about their employees. Between the long testing and the interview, applicants were given a pager for when the interview would start. Overall, it is the worst interview I have had the opportunity to attend.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

You are taking a client to a family dinner in which you are two minutes away when you realize that you have forgotten to give another client their medication and are 30 minutes away from the house. What do you do?
