moderate interview with zero technical questions. if you look for a tech job ,please dont take the offer .if you need to work on non technical work just like a BA , then choose this offer
It was a smooth and easy process, but stay confident, and self-introduction is the main one, and they asked me to tell them about our company, ADP.
1st Round - Online Assessment
In which they asked one Python coding question and 30 MCQs to test our aptitude and logical reasoning
Screening with talent acquisition person that was thirty minutes, I had a phone interview for an hour then an in person interview.None of the people were the same except the original recruiter throughout the process
