Interview
One behavioral interview, one technical. The behavioral interview is more of a conversation and the technical interview had three questions. Overall the difficulty level is average, as long as you know leetcode medium questions.
Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.
Three rounds, your regional recruiter will reach out to you for a screening call, then there's an interview with the VP or your future SE, then there's a final confirmation call.

Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
