I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ADP (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
The initial interview started out over the phone. They ask basic questions about your resume and why you would want to begin a career in ADP. Then, I went in for a face-to-face with the sales manager and he wasn't the nicest person to say the least. It honestly seemed like he didn't want to be in the room with me from the moment I walked in the door. He didn't seem interested in anything I had to say. I didn't hear back about the interview until 4 days later instead of the next business day like he said. And event then, it was a generated response.

Interview process was pretty straight forward. It started with an initial screening call, zoom meeting with a sales leader then in person interview with sales manager. They are big on role play and "what would you do in this scenario?"
