What are your strengths and weaknesses? 6. Why do you want to work here? (“to get my foot in the door” is not a good answer) 7. What has been your most significant achievement? (if possible, use a work-related accomplishment) 8. How would your last boss and colleagues describe you? 9. How have you handled a difficult customer situation?
