I applied for the role in November 2017 and received an email following my completion of the situational judgement test, letting me know that I passed that stage of the application, and that they would be in touch shortly. My next correspondence with AECOM was in AUGUST 2018, asking me about what locations I would be willing to work in. Quite frankly, I think it is disgustingly rude that they make their applicants wait that long for a response, especially since most applicants for graduate roles are final year students who are extremely busy, and put lots of time and effort into job applications. This has definitely put me off from ever considering applying to AECOM in the future, and really contradicts the company's core values. If they treat you like this when you're applying and they're trying to attract you to work for them, what will it be like once you've started there?!
