Interview
Was brought in to interview for a geologist position for ESS focused projects. The technical lead was very nice but the two managers I also interviewed with had no interest in the concept and were more interested in my willingness to work for nothing. I got the impression my advanced degree worked against me with these managers.
I had a single interview following standard procedure and questions with three technical specialists from the company. It was ~45 mins long and conducted on Microsoft teams. I was not asked any specific technical questions, mostly HR style questions and discussing my previous experiences and skill set.
