Online Test - Technical knowledge, Maths, structures, surveying, transportation, geotechnical etc. They want to check your basic core knowledge skills therefore give more emphasis on the technical part Verbal Ability Logical Reasoning Quantitative aptitude are checked Personal Interview - Basic tech knowledge will work.
Group discussion followed by technical round then hr round, finally a second hr round.More emphasis was on software knowledge and eagerness to learn new softwares.Problem solving attitude.asked about strength and achievements.
