The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ALDI (Pittsburgh, PA) in Nov 2010
Interview
I applied though my college career center. Interview consisted of a dinner and presentation to a group of probably 20 -30 followed by a 1 on 1 interview the next day. They never discussed how many positions were available. The interview was basic questions, tell me about your previous jobs and why you left. What are you looking for? If you caught an employee stealing $5 what would you do? Pretty straight forward questions. Perks to the job seem nice: nice salary, company car, etc, but you will have no life in the position or time off.
