I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Frederick, MD) in Nov 2012
Interview
I met a representative on campus at our job fair where I submitted a resume. I then proceeded to apply through our career site and received my first interview just a couple weeks later. It was a one on one interview, nothing crazy. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. I heard back within 2 weeks that they would like to interview me in the next stage. I had to go to the division office in Frederick Maryland. There was a series of two written tests, a basic aptitude test, a tour of a store/distribution center, and 2 one on one tests. It was all very interesting. They provided lunch and gave opportunities to get to know the interviewers some.

Question 1
Probably the two essay questions. One of them was "what qualities do you have that qualify you to be a district manager?" It was hard to answer that well in a 10 min timed essay.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Orlando, FL) in May 2024
Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews. First two interviews were over zoom, and the final interview was in person. The in-person interview required a group of us to visit a warehouse and a store.
