Interview
I applied online and received a call back two weeks later. There was a phone interview which had questions like " if you have any face piercings or tattoos, are you able to cover them" and your availability. Then there is a one on one interview with a manager where you are asked about your experience waiting in long lines or shopping at a dirty place. At the end you have to sell the AMC stub. It doesn't matter if you get stuff wrong while selling just as long as you are confident and make it sound like you know what you are talking about.

Describe the interview process. The interview process wasn’t bad at all. Typical interview questions. Mainly about availability and shifts. Describe the interview process. The interview process wasn’t bad at all. Typical interview questions. Mainly about availability and shifts.

Interview
Process is fairly easy. If they're interested in your online application, they do a phone screening. If you do well on that one, they call you in to do an interview for the specific theater. Most of the questions are personality based. They do have you have you pitch AMC Stubs just to get a feel of how you'd present it to customers. Not sure why someone said people get hired on the spot as I never came across a crew member that got hired immediately, even if they were short staffed. Typically it takes a couple days before they give you a response.
